Repair of CoffeeB coffee machines

If your CoffeeB coffee machine has a problem, you may find the solution in our FAQ or in your machine’s user manual.

And if a repair is still needed?

Thanks to its modular design, the CoffeeB coffee machines can be repaired by our service centers. Individual components such as the brewing unit, electronics, pump, heater, and valve can be replaced selectively.

In the event of damage, there are several options where you can return your CoffeeB coffee machine for repair:

1. You can send us your defective coffee machine directly by post. We will cover the shipping costs. Simply enter the required data under this link, print out the shipping label, stick it on and take the machine to the post office.

2. CoffeeB coffee machines purchased in a Fust or MediaMarkt branch can also be handed in for repair at a Fust or MediaMarkt branch.
